POST ORIF TIBIA, SUPSECTED OSTEOMYELITIS

So, I received seven answers.

60%: chronic osteomyelitis

40%: hard to tell the difference between osteomyelitis and post-traumatic
cavity but the fact that the cavity has sclerotic margins and there is no
perisoteal reaction favors the latter.

Thanks to everyone who responded. If I get an answer for this case I will
post it here.
