I´ve seen the same ligamentous structure depper to LCM in bilateral knees,
same patient.
Like our friend tatabox25@gmail wrote some days ago.
It goes to anteromedial direction close to MM anterior horn.
It seens to be separeted from LCM. File attached.
Anatomic variant?
Anybody ?
