    Dear All

Seeing a lot of these cases !

Here’s a 26 yr M case who was lucky to have a fall and be seen by MSK
radiologists ! He had been presenting to A&E with flank pain on a
few occasions and had CT KUB/US etc but no diagnosis. And the fall led to
CT thoracic spine due to pain symptoms to exclude traumatic injury. It
showed no fracture but odd changes in facet joint at a level. Led to MRI
and diagnosis of gout in thoracic spine. No other joint pain in the past !
    More details in slides.
