Thank`s for your responses.
There was a broad variety of answers with the consensus that the lesion is benign:
– Non specific
– Vascular/Hemangioma
– Osteoma (maybe in growth)/ eosinophilic granuloma
– Fibrous dysplasia
– Benign notochordal tumor.

Betreff: Sacrum
Here is a case of a 16 year old girl with pain in her left leg after falling a long time ago. As an incidental finding, this lesion can be seen in the sacrum on the right side. For a simple enostoma, the edematous and fatty rim doesn’t suit me. Does somebody has any idea? Would a follow-up be necessary?
Many Thanks-
Best regards
Ruben
