I would favor ulnar osteochondroma with associated ulnar shortening and pseudomadelungs based on cases I have seen previously at Scottish Rite.

Great suggestion from Ingrid Kjellin below, thanks .
Have obtained some further views (attached). Are appearances consistent with/ diagnostic of focal fibrocartilaginous dysplasia of the distal ulna?regards

Hi,
Could be focal fibrocartilaginous dysplasia of the distal ulna.
Regards,
I was surprised and a little disappointed at the lack of response to the weird ulna case I submitted. If it is as I suspect congenital pseudarthrosis of the ulna it would be incredibly rare.
To summarise follow up forearm Xray in a 7 yr old who fell from monkey bars.
Initial xray reported a (likely) sub acute healing fracture. Failed to mention marked shortening of the ulna and dislocated DRUDJ.
Follow up Xray at 3 months shows no progressive healing or any other change.
