Ultrasound machine

All,
Looking to replace our ultrasound machine in our practice where we utilize it for mostly US guided procedures, and little diagnostic. What is the latest and most cost effective?
Thanks

    Hi there Jack,

Which machine did you have before?
We upgraded last year and I just received the latest E10s.
Canon used to lead the market with the Aplio i900 series (I still have one
in my department) but GE now has the slightly better machines.

The GE Logiq E10 has more capability and better features including needle
tracking for fusion imaging (Spine intervention), and we just beta tested a
new high frequency linear probe which is better than the Canon (33Mhz) in
my opinion. Both systems have SMi capability and a high frequency ‘hockey
stick’ probe for Small joints (24Mhz) – exquisite detail of tendons
ligaments and peripheral nerve imaging. We have 8 of the new E10s and they
are great. These retail roughly £90,000 each ($100,000) with latest
    software (excluding fusion).

If you’re looking for cost effective just to see the needle the cheaper
models such as P9 or even ‘e’ will do the job.

Here is an example of E9 vs E10 de’Quervains case attached
