Hi Ocaders. A nice case. Male, 49 years old, presenting with a tumor on the lower border of the right scapula for 4 years. Reports discomfort in the region. I assume it is a osteochondroma with associated parosteal lipoma. Any other possibilities? Thank you in advance.
Kind regards,

Hi OCADERS,
I would like to thank everyone for the responses. Most suggested parosteal lipoma. The possibilities of osteochondroma with associated lipoma and BPOP have also been suggested. Attached are two pertinent articles, one of which is an excellent article sent by Dr Stephen Broski himself. I will try to follow the case and if I get the pathological report I will post it here.
Kind regards;
Rodrigo
