Retropubic cartilagionus cyst?

Hello-

51 yo F with ~ 2 y history of pelvic pressure and urinary urgency. Had pelvic MRI performed 4 years ago showing osteitis pubis. Recent CT, US, and MRI. MRI was shown to me by a body colleague, so more of a body protocol.

I think this is a retropubic cartilaginous cyst. Low density mass on CT, abuts pubic symphysis, with some soft tissue thickening anterior to the symphysis as well. Degenerative changes at the pubic symphysis. Ultrasound shows it is filled with debris. Pelvic MRI also shows communication with pubic symphysis and mass effect on bladder and urethra. There was no solid enhancement, just thin peripheral enhancement.

I can’t really think of anything else this could be. Am I missing something? Would you recommend anything else? Does anyone have any more experience with these? I guess these can be removed if symptomatic, which hers seems to be. I’ve never called one of these, but saw a nice presentation about them from ARRS in 2022 and thought I would see it one day. I can only find case reports, with most being subpubic. This one is larger than most examples.

Thanks

Drew
