incidental right psoas mass with adjacent retrotoneal lesion

Here is the feedback I got:
– desmoid but needs biopsy
– Organised haematoma.
– Nerve sheath tumour/ancient schwannoma (x2)
– an early MRI follow-up, and if did not change or increase – biopsy
