Post Common Extensor Tendon Repair

Dear all

Please help me on this Friday afternoon (for me anyway)

This is a friend and colleague and he is very anxious to get back to work
but has pain and stiffness that seems out of proportion to surgery.

We don’t often image in the recent post surgical state and I am unsure how
much I am seeing here is normal vs abnormal.

I will be most grateful for any advice
