The history of this patient is posterior root tear followed by medial
meniscectomy with worsening of the pain six months after surgery, due to a
complication of subchondral insufficiency fracture of the internal femoral
condyle. I sent the case because I tought interesting the Rosenberg
incidence. In my experience, meniscectomy in adults often progresses to
osteoarthritis.
