[OCAD] Pls help – shoulder dislocation case (MRI)

Hi everyone,

I need some help with this case please. M31 reports recurrent left shoulder
dislocation, last time about one week ago.

He has an obvious Hill-Sachs impression fx of the humeral head, but I can’t
quite put my finger on a labral lesion. Is there a tear at all?

I’m attaching axial and coronal arthrogram scans as a PPT. (Just one or
two screenshots wouldn’t do the trick this time…)
