OCAD – “don’t touch” lesion – f/up

All responses agreeing with the diagnosis of enchondroma.

I see it quite often in distal femur enchondromas on MRI scans of the knee
and I almost never ask for control. In this case, due to small osteolysis
in the posterior cortical bone, I suggested a follow-up at six months. I
didn’t think there would be changes.
