Hello, following up with responses. I’ve reattached the ppt, too.
2 votes for intraosseous hemangiomas / hemangiomatosis
1 ddx of sarcoidosis
2 votes to follow up and consider biopsy
I ended up calling them hemangiomas, and recommending routine followup
unless a lesion becomes symptomatic.
