Knee abnormality

Hi
I appreciate feedback on the attached case

70 year old with knee pain. chondroid like lesion on xray, significant edema in the condyle on mri with C+ . Biopsy results show more of reactive changes . No lymphoma or malignancy
is this just bone infarct with osteonecrosis?

    Looks ugly!

    Biopsy again- could be pleomorphic sarcoma or even osteosarcoma- we are seeing so many of them in Texas in adults!
