Help with clavicle, sacral and vertebral body lesion

38yo, female
There is hypertrophy, sclerosis and trabecular thickening in the proximal clavicle.
Similar pattern on sacrum and L3 vertebra

Any thoughts?

Trying to reach the referring doctor.
