Help please! Experience of immediate postop MR after medial epicondyle osteotomy

Hello, OCADers!
Early greetings, Happy christmas eve for tomorrow!

I have little experience of immediate postoperative MR imaging after medial
epicondylar osteotomy for ulnar nerve release.
Help me please!

The patient is a 36 year old man.
He complained of CRPS-like continuous (even night time) burning pain and
allodynia at the left hand after medial epicondylar osteotomy.
I have no access to preoperative images _ he said no image available to
compare with..

There is T2 high to iso intensity soft tissue lesion just posterior aspect
of osteotomy site at medial epicondyle.
– fluid along lateral side of ulnar nerve at elbow may be related to
recent nerve block (daily ropivacaine injection on pain clinic on concern
of acute type CRPS)

Is the soft tissue lesion a normal periosteal reaction to osteotomy? or
abnormal hematoma?
Refer to the surgeon for consideration of exploration?

Thank you so much in advance !
HM Son
