Hello,
The answers were- lipoma, enchondroma, infarct and chondrosarcoma.
This is a collision tumor
Lipoma (can see on inphase with cystic change- larger lesion) plus enchondroma (can see the cartilage calcifications, high ADC- smaller lesion)
OT-RADS II- Benign
If not sure- OT-RADS III
