Hello MSK-friends,
and the winner is:
1) Atul Taneja (specific diagnosis)
2) Vu Bui (part of the differential)
The histology was benign Schwannoma.
To be honest, I was favorizing synovial sarcoma, but fortunately I put
neurogenic tumor in the differential 😉
