1. T1 bright fluid
2. Averaging of adjacent marrow fat of articular process
3. Fat in the facet joint, of no significance
4. Projection of epidural fat in the joint
5. One of us asked how it looked on T2. I am resending the ppt by adding a T2 image. It remains bright on T2.
Next time I see this I will post it with STIR images.
