Edema in posterior iliac spine

Hello

Its a 19yo female with sacral pain and difficulty walking for the past 3
months
No relevant past medical history or family history

I believe it’s a mechanical edema.

Could it be an enthesitis? Has anyone seen a similar pattern of mechanical
edema in this region? What mechanism would it be?
