May I ask your opinion on a child with bilateral femoral sclerosis presented with chronic and intermittent extreme pain in the thighs? I’m thinking of bilateral intramedullary sclerosis, Chronic sclerotic osteitis, or SAPHO. The child has now skin manifestations. Please find the attached file.
