Here is a case of a 16 year old girl with pain in her left leg after falling a long time ago. As an incidental finding, this lesion can be seen in the sacrum on the right side. For a simple enostoma, the edematous and fatty rim doesn’t suit me. Does somebody has any idea?

Thank you all for the answers. I got old injury, fibrous dysplasia, torus mandibularis, one for each. Three for osteochondroma. Including my wife`s opinion. I had to go for osteochondroma.
