20 year old diabetic had CT neck for submandibular swelling which showedPreviously undiagnosed sclerosis and enlargement of the skull base, upper cervical spine, mandible, clavicle and scapula. I would appreciate people’s opinions on this lesion in the presacral space. The superficial component of the lesion was biopsied by neuro IR under US guidance and came back with bland fibrous tissue and glandular epithelial cells. I have not seen many GIST tumors, but does not look like any of the images on google.
