Thank you everyone for your quick responses. Overwhelming majority said Parsonage Turner, which is well described post op. The other diff given was myonecrosis related to prolonged compression (surgical positioning). I appreciate all the comments. Reattaching the case for those that didnt see it. Post prostate surgery patient woke up with severe shoulder pain. Any thoughts? We had 2 similar patients in the past too- just not sure about what could be the problem. One of the thoughts was thermal injury due to the cautery pad, but this patients pad was supposedly on his thigh. Thank you all. post-op-shoulder.pptx
