Hi there, 45 year old lady imaged for back pain. Well defined lytic bone lesion at the spinous process T11, I’m thinking hemangioma or maybe ABC, probably incidental. I wouldn’t do further imaging. What do you think? Could it be symptomatic? What about f/u? Cheers, Andrei
