These were the responses for the case of Painful knee Go for chondroblastic OS Too dark on CT Too much edema and Enh Hi, Probably chondroid. CMF doesn’t form mineralized matrix, so not CMF. Looks aggressive. Go with Avneesh. looks benign and chondroid—seems bony origin although posterior cortical loss made me wonder of outside chance

35 y/o with sudden onset posterior knee pain. US read by someone else as negative for DVT….not… “incidentally noted is a 2 cm popliteal vein aneurysm.” Doc asked for review; I said “MRI is good.”… Mongo, Blazing Saddles, USA movie, to prove it. Pt started on thinners and is going to vascular surgery for options.
