Dear OCADers, I have received several replies. The vast majority favored the diagnosis of a low grade chondral lesion like enchondroma with calcifications. All, Quick question about how things are done at other institutions: for an MRI of the body wall to evaluate an anterior abdominal wall soft tissue mass, do you scan the patient prone (to decrease respiratory motion artifact) or supine (because prone positioning might distort a subcutaneous lesion)?
