This case is puzzling. I thought at first the odd muscle signal was DIXON
artefact but it’s on ordinary PDFS too. Is this real or artefact? No STIR

Agreed with DOMS – check patient’s history re physical activities (such
location is commonly associated to martial arts, ballet, cross fitting,
etc).
