ankle case

Hi , Need your opinion on an interesting case.
35 year old female complains of ankle pain since 1 year. No trauma . Monoarticular involvement. Recent blood work awaited.

There is definite synovitis with along with talonavicular erosions.Another lesion in the calcaneum , ? Is it a large erosion or somethin else.
On CT there are these round punctate  lytic foci in tibia , fibula , talus , calcaneum and even in cuneiforms and metatarsals. Not seen on MRI.
Monoarticular involvement would raise concern for infection , however synovial biopsy 3 months back was inconclusive but negative for Tb/malignancy.
does look inflammatory 
need your opinion please particularly on these round foci on CT
