A 42-year-old man without a history of right femoral trauma or femoral pain was referred to me for an incidental lesion found on a hip MRI performed to assess a previous muscular injury of his left adductor muscles. The images presented in the PPT below show a cystic lesion without enhancement or restriction. Have you seen a lot of SBC at the middle diaphysis? Other thoughts?
