Soft tissue mass. posterior left ankle.

Hello everyone,
I was looking at the MRI board after my late shift and opened this one. 36 yo female with "soft tissue ankle mass" The note is incomplete and that is all I have for now.
This was done after hours and, yes, the protocol was improvised a bit.
I have lovely T1fs post in all three planes but no T1fs PRE.
Could this be soft tissue or extra-skeletal osteochondroma? I don’t love the signal on the T1 sag for that and what is the non-enhancing signal around it? ACK!
