4 yr old recurrent patella dislocation

Dear all, I would appreciate some advice here.

I have never seen a 4 yr old with recurrent patella dislocations before.

I initially just scanned the affected left knee then also scanned both knees with 3D PD Fat Sat for comparison.

Are these trochlea dysplastic?
