Superior capsular reconstruction

Hi everyone

I would appreciate your thoughts on this case. Middle aged man who underwent superior capsular reconstruction for massive cuff tear. There is a focal tear of the graft near the humeral attachment but interested to know what you would make of the fluid signal "cleft" at the glenoid attachment. It looks smooth but its 4 mm in AP dimension. Can it be a "suture hole" or its to wide for that (i.e a tear)?

Thanks in advance

Zaid
