Wrist pain in a 28 YO male

Thank you, Almost all the responses are that the TFC is hypertrophied secondary to the negative ulnar variance and that the Lunate bone island is a separate entity.

Many many thanks,

Dear colleagues, I need help with this case sof wrist pain. The referring physician suspected Kienbock’s disease (based on the ulnar sclerosis).
My concern is the extreme low signal intensity of the TFC and also the SL ligament. I thought of choncdrocalcinosis, but it does not correspond to calcification on xray. Is there anything else to be considered or is it possible to have chondrocalcinosis with a negative xray?

And is any of this related to the bone island/ sclerosis of the lunate?

Appreciating your responses.
