forearm painful swelling since one week-help/opinion

young male healthy patient presented with forearm painful tendon swelling since one weekaccording to patient he had small swelling in olecranon bursa region since few months which disappear after he noticed forearm swelling
no history of trauma, fever, diabetes.

Is it atypical infection or inflammation(as there is focal necrotic area and T2 hypointense areas)?
Rest of subcutaneous fat appears markedly hypervascular with prominent vessels on doppler and mri.
Also attached a movie of TRICKS angio and doppler at end of document as lesion is hypervascular on doppler.

Is there any suspicion of vascular lesion?
