Would appreciate your opinions on this case. The history is provided above – she came from Mexico and has no history of malignancy. I am thinking Brown tumors, but have never seen them appear so dark on T2, but maybe it is all hemosiderin? Have people seen anything similar? We did not give the woman contrast or do DWI. Thanks!
