    Hello MSK-friends,

    here the replies a got:

    – localized fibrous tumor

    – myxoid variation of sarcoma (statistically myxoid
liposarcoma); undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma. Less likely: Synovial
sarcoma (though I would expect more inflammatory changes and much much
more advanced disease after two years), Desmoid

    – round blue cell tumor, maybe lymphoma or Ewing

    – Solitary fibrous tumour (in view of vascular flow void
within and perilesional area) or soft tissue sarcoma

    – based on location and appearance I would favor a benign
neurogenic neoplasm like a neurofibroma or Schwannoma

    – Needs a biopsy in my option. A primary consideration would
    be desmoid tumour.

    Thank you very much!

    Have a great Sunday.

    Best wishes

    Chris
