HELP

Dear OCAD doctors:

I need your help with these case.

It’s a 13 year old boy, plays soccer 5 days a week, no history of acute trauma on the right toe but pain for a couple of weeks.

Had a trauma on the right toe on 2019, diagnose was Salter Harris III of the first toe.

Now comes with the images on the power point.

So my question is: is these a cleft epiphysis or a real fracture.

We have different opinions in between radiologist and also from ortho so I will like to have your help.
