Attached the case of an odd foot we are struggling with…
CT and MRI show signs of arthritis with hyperemia and bone loss as well as bone infarcts and findings suggesting Charcot foot. Hopefully someone can unite the present findings for a final diagnosis.
Images are Dual energy CT, T2 FS long axis and T2 FS short axis with T1 sag for orientation

Why calling bone infarcts?
Just Charcot and subacute fractures should be enough
DECT will show BM edema at site of charcot
see attached- green is edema
