Presumed endosteal hyperostosis

20 year old diabetic had CT neck for submandibular swelling which
showedPreviously
undiagnosed sclerosis and enlargement of the skull base, upper cervical
spine, mandible, clavicle and scapula.
I presume it’s one of the hereditary types of endosteal hyperostosis.
Am I missing something?
