acetabular roof lesion

Hello,
A case of 30-year old woman, pain in the right hip.
Acetabular roof lesion, very well defined, sclerotic rim, some oedema and
moderate enhancement.
Bone SPECT few does before, with vivid uptake.
On MRI, benign lesion, no criteria for malignancy, no synovial enhancement,
femoral head normal.
No additional clues in the clinical history.
Some suggestions of the diagnosis?
I would rather wait and do follow-up MRI, correlate with lab.
