OCAD case submission

sorry the attachment was incomplete

Good morning.
I got 2 cases , i would like some feedback. The 1st is 7 year old presenting with ankle pain. no major trauma, started limping after school day( may be minor trauma in playground). The Achilleus shadow is not normal , but he has weird calcifications in Achilleus and in the foot..
What is the next step?

The other case is 16 year old girl , soccer player coming with pain. she does have a meniscal abnormality. but there is a small cortical defect in the distal femur? would that be vascular or just nothing to worry about

HA
