This 3 year-old male presents with a painless palpable mass at the
anterolateral aspect of the left thigh. No PMH, no known trauma, no
relevant family history. Mass has been present for a month, and is slightly
bluish in appearance.
In the last few days there is swelling nearby in the anterior abdominal
wall.
Any thoughts would be welcome.
