57 yr old female collegue experienced sudden onset nontraumatic pain on a
long steep uphill walk.
I reported MR as probable subchondral insufficiency #
Follow up at 6 weeks shows abnormality is now bigger (though she is
generally asymptomatic ) but still no bone ot cartilage collapse.
Did I get it wrong? Is this ON or natural history of SIF?
we dont normally follow up imaging at such a short interval.
