Soft tissue tumor

Hello MSK-friends,

64 year old male with a subcutaneus soft-tissue tumor since years without pain. Hypervascular in Doppler-US. No contrast given in MRI, No X-ray available.

Any ideas? Recommendations for additional imaging before biopsy?

    Hello all,

    Just a feedback:

    Histology: Angiomyoma, no malignancy

    Rare benign smooth muscle tumor originating from tunica media of the vessel wall.
