2. Given the history I would go for injury to the LPFL with hematoma and maybe a small amount of fat extending through the defect. I don’t do a lot of peds so I would ask for a follow up scan to confirm resolution/healing.
3. Type II Morel Lavallee lesion: Hematoma in fascial plane Too high for lateral retinaculum: This was Avneesh, Putting his name with his consent
4. I suspect a morel lavallée type of injury with hematoma.
