    Anonymously , everybody agreed this is a stress fracture, a longitudinal cortically based stress fracture of the femoral calcare.
    While uncommon site for a fracture, the secondary tension lines in the femoral neck are longitudinal in the femoral calcare.
    The patient is not on Alendronate as per chart
