This is a 1.2T open MRI.
I see that he has had both Remplissage and Latarjet procedures…and pretty
sure there’s been biceps tenodesis, but that’s irrelevant here.
I think there’s punctate suture or metal artifact around the infraspintus
tendon at the site of remplissage…not sure if there is real “insertional”
tendinosis at that site…if that’s a common problem / source of continued
pain.

Terribly limiting hardware artifact (I find artifact is particularly
problematic in the open 1.2T)…but is that real marrow edema in the
translated coracoid? Might that suggest non-union?
