19 yo M sp MVA Chest CT done shows unrelated abnormality

So the ER panscan was done and reviewing the chest CT, I see there is this
eccentric lytic lesion in the medial third of the right clavicle. Could
this be NOF and loss of the outer cortex be secondary to proximity to the
subclavian? I don’t love it for EG but thought I would ask.
